Game Cancellations

The game cancellation procedure for bad weather is listed below.
The games are played unless the field conditions are considered unsafe.
Thunder/Lightning would be cause for immediate game cancellation. All teams
should show up at the field for the 8:00 AM games. Do not tell your teams to
wait and call first as the first games will start on schedule unless the fields
are considered unsafe.
We will update the phone message on the hotline and the web site if there are to be any game cancellations. Any games that get rained out will be rescheduled to Columbus Day weekend as we originally planned. The referees and the field marshals make the decision on the field safety.
Coaches are NOT allowed to reschedule or cancel games on their own.
